I've got a new handmade soap to introduce: Scarborough Fair.
Scarborough Fair has, you may have guessed, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme. I've also added Lemongrass essentail oil, which results in a lemon-minty scent. The soap is as gentle and moisturizing as our other soaps, and is seliing well at the Farmer's Markets. Here is a pic:

I've also added a monthly newsletter sign-up link to the shop's home page.
Each issue will contain a coupon code worth 10% off the purchase of that month's featured item. It is a small newsletter, really, but just another way to keep in touch. Sign up if you like....August's letter is ready to go!
In knitting news, I've got a tiny bit of Kauni Cardi progress to show (embarassingly little):

It is such a fun knit, I don't know why I've ignored it this week. All this talk of knitting is making me want to, so I will!
Would that be Scarborough, Maine? Probably not...I don't recall there being a fair there at any point. ;) The cardi is looking great! I think that the summer knitting mojo is an odd sort of thing. I lose interest in things for a while, then suddenly want to pick it up again. I guess it's the season...
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are back blogging again! The knitting looks great. I haven't been very motivated lately either. Loved the little one's birthday drawing. Hope you are enjoying the summer! Lara
ReplyDeleteI would love to know where you purchased your Kauni yarn? Thanks in advance...
